Michael Vitols
Operations & Logistics Michael is SIMVIT’s operations guru, bringing the planning, scheduling, and moving pieces together. Mentored by his father-in-law, John, he developed an understanding of craftsmanship alongside the business operations and logistics that turn a complicated project into a well-executed job.
Mechanically inclined by nature, Michael is a builder, creator, and problem-solver who can repair, fabricate, improve, or build just about anything. If an off-the-shelf solution doesn’t fit the situation, he enjoys developing a better one. That combination of hands-on ability and forward thinking helps SIMVIT tackle unusual equipment problems and challenging waterfront setups with confidence.
He looks beyond the immediate task, considering access, equipment, timing, and what needs to happen next. His approach is straightforward: prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and solve problems before they become the customer’s problems.
Efficiency isn’t about rushing—it’s about thinking ahead.

Jarrett Simisky
Products & Technical Solutions Jarrett is the product fanatic—and the person you want paying attention to the details of your equipment. Having spent time at the Hewitt facility in Minnesota, he brings firsthand product familiarity and an appreciation for the nuances that matter in proper setup, operation, maintenance, and long-term performance.
His background in sales has given him a strong understanding of how to listen to customers, identify what they actually need, and explain technical options in a straightforward way. Jarrett recognizes that the most expensive solution is not always the right one. He carefully considers the customer’s priorities, budget, existing equipment, and long-term plans before recommending a repair, adjustment, upgrade, or replacement. His goal is to provide practical value—not to sell someone more than their waterfront requires.
Whether evaluating a configuration, troubleshooting an issue, or considering an upgrade, Jarrett wants to understand not just what works, but why. His curiosity, product knowledge, and attention to compatibility help connect the right equipment and adjustments to each waterfront. He takes pride in making sure systems are assembled, configured, and serviced as their manufacturers intended while ensuring the final solution makes sense for the customer.
Most people admire the boat. Jarrett might be admiring the lift underneath it.
